The Cozy Home finds three friends moving into a house together. Each chapter in this early reader finds the friends facing a conundrum. First, the friends must decide who is going to live in which room. But sharing proves to be challenging. Rat enjoys the prank he pulls on Cat, until Bat turns the tables on him. Lastly, the three friends discover the joys of shared reading. Dyckman's minimal text perfectly complements Teague's expressive illustrations making for a delightful read. Rat, Bat, and Cat discover the joys and challenges that being roommates brings.
