Sea Turtles is a great book for young reptile lovers.  The gorgeous photograph and attractive book design are sure to catch the eye of young browsers.  The book includes information related to the seven species of sea turtles along with brief descriptions of their habitats, locations, size, anatomy, babies, and food.  The text is broken up nicely and mixed with amazing illustrations (the kind you would expect from National Geographic). Each photograph is labeled by species and activity.   The end of the book covers the threats that sea turtles are facing as well as some ways people are trying to save them.  There is also information about how readers can help and activities for parents to do with their children related to sea turtles.  A very well-done, attractive book that young animal lovers are bound to devour.

Pandas helps children come to know this interesting creature.  The book shares information about the animal's habitat, physical characteristics, babies, and eating.  Other kinds of bears, timeline, and social habits are all covered as well.  Threats to the animal and the efforts being made to save it are introduced toward the end of the book.  The book concludes with information about contributing to efforts to help save pandas and some fun activity suggestions.  This book is a wonderful combination of fun factoids about the animal and gorgeous photographs and makes a great read for young readers.
