This adorable story matches up perfectly with Sima's previous story Not Quite Narwhal. In this story, Nimbus, a pegasus, lives in the sky by herself. She's truly one of a kind. And most of the time that's okay, but sometimes she gets lonely. One night after trying to wish on a falling star, Nimbus decides to find the fallen star so she can wish for companionship. She follows the star to an island where she runs into a 'mysterious sparkling creature'. This creature offers to help her find the star and along the way she just might the companionship she's been seeking. As in Not Quite Narwhal, Sima presents readers with an adorable magical creature looking for something. But never having had a friend before, she doesn't recognize friendship at first. The sweet message shines through simply and sweetly, highlighted by Sima's beautiful digital illustrations. The glowing pastel colors and sparkly stars are bound to attract young magical creature loving young readers.

Soon, she’s taking Milo out on walks with her family, watering Milo right on schedule, and seeing Milo grow and grow. But what happens when her pet cloud gets too big for Lizzy to handle?
REVIEW
Lizzy goes on a walk with her parents to the local park. While there she chooses a cloud of her own to take home. She picks the regular looking cloud rather than the fancy-shaped ones. Lizzy works hard to give her cloud the care it needs. She waters it, takes it for walks and in return the cloud waters her plants. Over time the cloud gets bigger and bigger leaving Lizzy in a bit of a pickle as the cloud no longer fits in her room comfortably. As the cloud's unhappiness becomes more apparent, Lizzy faces a conundrum. Can she find a way to help her cloud be happy again? As in their other works, the Fan brothers have created an unusual, magical tale. It feels a bit like a fable with the moral of letting go of something in order to keep it. The illustrations are as amazing as ever with bits of color here and there to highlight specific details at just the right moment. The detailed illustrations drawn with pencil and colored digitally are amazing to look at and study. You could read this book many times and still discover some detail you didn't notice before. A stunning book from beginning to end.
