This one I cherish the most: every year, at springtime, me and my friends went to the vast fields across the Black River (big river in my country) and we were picking tons of daffodils and taking them home to our families... :) The fact that we had soaking wet feet is irrelevant :D We had such a wonderful time! Alas, today's children can't experience such bliss... <br />Thanks for the giveaway! :)Diana_Dimovskahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14855430448187629953noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2444393606605126480.post-68833728596360432602012-06-20T13:27:25.077-07:002012-06-20T13:27:25.077-07:00I have so many memories from childhood. And then told on him!Kassiahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04640015088221989944noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2444393606605126480.post-6666790059936881862012-06-20T08:53:14.764-07:002012-06-20T08:53:14.764-07:0011 still counts as "childhood", right? In 6th grade, my brother and I found out from our swim lesson teacher that the Energizer Bunny hot air balloon was going to be launching from a site north of town. So my mum piled us in the van, and we tracked down the site - the crew let us watch the launch, and then invited us to join them in tracking the balloon's journey. So we were balloon chasers! Once it landed, we got to help "break down" the balloon ((rolling around and around and around on the balloon, to squeeze out any remaining air)). That thing was HUGE! And it was just a really cool experience :o)Rebecca (RivkaBelle)https://www.blogger.com/profile/18394998385496336450noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2444393606605126480.post-67542675958853724922012-06-20T06:29:54.162-07:002012-06-20T06:29:54.162-07:00I love the fact that a lighthearted story with hea...I love the fact that a lighthearted story with heart has come out. So many times, I think we are accustomed to thinking that only dark stories can be intelligent and thought-provoking. This one sounds as interesting as its author!
